  • Who this practice is for:

You care deeply about relationships—including the one with your healthcare provider. You're seeking someone who will truly listen, take you seriously, and see you as an individual. You want someone thinking about treatment plans that are precisely for you and who has reserved time to be present with you.

You may be a human who feels things deeply, tends toward anxiety, depression, obsessionality, or reacts to your environment in ways others don't always understand. Perhaps you've functioned well but want to deepen your wellness, or maybe life has brought stress to the surface and you're struggling to maintain your equilibrium.

You want more than symptom management—you want to understand the root cause of what's happening and work through what you need on all levels: emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually.

You want the space to choose what you want to be at the center of your life.

If this resonates, I'd be honored to walk alongside you in your care.

  • Meeting you where you are:

You are welcome at every stage of your journey—whether you're moving through a difficult time or ready to grow into more of who you want to be.

You might be struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, repetitive thoughts, compulsions, insomnia, difficulty focusing, or fatigue. Or you might feel stuck in old patterns, sensing there's more possible for you but unsure how to get there.

You may want to spend time attending to your brain health and supporting the longevity and sustainability of your cognitive functions.

Together we'll explore ways to ease distress and address root causes—both physical and emotional—while also supporting your growth, self-understanding, and capacity to live with greater authenticity, resilience, and connection.

  • Our work together:

My approach is thoughtful and responsive to what you're going through. I reserve space for in-depth, ongoing relationships with each person I work with. We will draw from both conventional psychiatry and integrative and functional medicine to understand you as a whole person—your history, your story, your values, and how your body and mind respond to the world around you.

We will look beyond psychiatric symptoms to consider how factors like nutrition, sleep, gut health, genetics, hormones, inflammation, and stress affect your mental health. We'll consider how physical health and emotional wellbeing are interconnected.

Our work together may include medications, psychotherapy, lab work, and therapeutic attention to the emotional patterns, relationships, losses, and transitions that shape your inner world—including the unconscious patterns and early experiences that influence how you see yourself and relate to others.

Together, we'll create a comprehensive treatment plan that is precisely for you, one that feels both clinically sound and personally meaningful.
