Payment
Initial consultations: Please note, initial consultations generally take place over several (two to four) visits. I recommend a 75 minute initial visit if our schedules permit. Fees for initial consultations are as follows:
75 min: $775 | $750 cash discount*
60 min: $670 | $650 cash discount*
45 min: $570 | $550 cash discount*
Follow-up Visits:
Standard visit -45 min: $465 | $450 cash discount*
Brief visit - 25 min: $370 | $360 cash discount*
Psychotherapy (minimum weekly) - 45 min: $410 | $395 cash discount**
*I discount fees when paid via cash equivalent such as Zelle or ACH bank transfer.
** I have a limited number of reduced fee psychotherapy spots in my practice - please inquire if interested.
I accept Zelle and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance
I am committed to providing the highest quality of care for you. Therefore, I do not contract with commercial insurance companies to avoid the restrictions and interference imposed by managed care. This allows us to create a treatment plan that is personalized to your needs. I do provide a superbill so that you can submit this to insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. As of Jan 1, 2026, I will be opted out of Medicare as well.
